Unable recieve email reports

  • **Unable get report emails. I have configured smtp details and i get the test email, but i am not receiving any report emails. Even when I try manually sending the email with the "Email now" option I don't get any emails.

I am on 3.5.13 of Spotipo and its self hosted. Urgently need to get this working for my customer.**

  • @Sibusiso-Buhale Hi Spotipo Team, any response of feedback? It is becoming a real pain point for my business.

  • @Sibusiso-Buhale Can you please try to send it once more. Then send the following files from /usr/share/nginx/spotipo/logs to support [at] spotipo [dot] com

    spotipo.log

    celeryd.log
